Second day in a row I am here waiting for a tow truck to take my daughter’s car to the dealership for a tire repair. Yesterday I waited 10 hours, nobody showed up. Today I was told they would be here at 8 a.m…..and so far, nothing. Customer service is one of the reasons we never use the local dealership!
