doggy in the window

Apparently this neighbor had her patio door open and her dog leapt out and charged the fence when Laney and I walked by. I really don't think the dog was threatening us in any way, he just wanted to come out and join us for a lovely fall afternoon walk. But the owner was distraught and kept yelling at him from the patio. He stopped barking when we turned the corner and were out of sight.
