Rambling

Spent the morning on a very wet but enjoyable ramble through the Wyre Forest. The circular route was new to me, we walked through woodland, meadows & along the banks of Dowles Brook. There’s a very securely fenced area where they have released beaver into the waterway, we could see small dams but no beavers.
It’s always a different group of people (with a few stalwarts) that walk every 10 days, it will be my turn at sometime to lead a walk so I need to do some research & find a suitable route.
Packed my case for J & I’s trip to Bath tomorrow then finished watching Sherwood, it didn’t disappoint.
