My Trainer:-)

I was able to fit in a personal session with my Grandson Jake..my wonderful trainer, after an emotional couple of days.


Unfortunately, I have more sad news to share. My wife and I along with our daughter will be flying to Edmonton tomorrow to attend a funeral.


Our youngest son Darren is married to his wife Sarah. Her Dad passed away in Amsterdam. They were all set to do a 15 day riverboat cruise with two other couples.
Darren and Sarah's children, Nash, Rylee and Brady will all be there.
Bob was 73.
