CommUnity Trees

I have been working on this idea/project for months. It is why I've not been fully present on blipfoto. See Monday for a full description of the project. 

On Sunday, my friend Nancy and I hosted a tree party at her home. Our neighborhood association board made "ornaments" we decorated with positive words and images, just like we did for my birthday, at our home

~ We're all in this together.
~ Sharing food is an enjoyable component of creating community, so we fed brunch to our fellow board members.  I made berry pancakes, Nancy made scrambled eggs.  We also offered bagels. fruit, coffee, tea, and more!
