Ladies who lunch

I forgot to take the usual photo of Noemi and I meeting up somewhere between our homes but took this one of the restaurant menu.  We met in Winchester and had the set menu at Rick Stein’s and yes, wine because.   We discussed how we were both coping with Gardening Leave and in truth because of fall out of the show I am working more but she seemed to be having fun with it although, living in Poole, wished it had been in summer. 

Walked up to the station together and I had an easy train ride home, in fact if anything too quick. There is much more of a network of trains across the south than I have ever used.  

V staying up near the school tonight and so I had a solo evening, finished up some dal I’d made, watched Joan on ITV and put loads of jackets on Vinted.
