Spent an interesting afternoon in the wine region.  Yes, I can assure you that is white wine in the bottle and not what you may have been thinking! (I even desaturated it a bit!).

I couldn't do any sampling this afternoon as I was driving but I will make up for it this evening with a few glasses of red.  That will mostly  be to take the edge off the mosquito bite itching, and not for any other reasons!
