Roundel

When is a roundabout not a roundabout?  When it's a 'roundel'.  These are on the front in Douglas and can be a bit confusing to navigate as the normal roundabout rules don't officially apply (they are classed as unmarked junctions), although common sense seems to be ruling and people are generally applying them avoiding a lot of collisions.
