Day 201: The Day We Went To The Circus

Today was a brilliant day!

Sadly I was working in the morning, but was pretty busy so time passed quickly.

McCombers and I then went to the beach for lunch at The Pier Bistro at the beach. I had a cheese burger and McCombers had a steak sandwich, both were really tasty.
Far superior to The Shitty Pavilion.

Lunch was followed by a visit to the cinema to see The Worlds End

The third in the cornetto trilogy by Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Edgar Wright. A very worthy conclusion to the three films.

After the cinema we were off to the circus, I received some free tickets for displaying a poster in the shop, I was kind enough to donate most to my staff, but I kept a couple for myself.

I have a very vague memory of going to the circus as a kid, but nothing specific.

The show was brilliant.

2 hours of crazy acrobatics, upside down juggling, and trapeezing.

Best things I've ever got for free I think.


We finished our day by getting a chinese on the way home and watching Kick Ass. And if you've seen Kick Ass, you know that the movie lives up to it's name!
