It hit a window

We heard a bang on a front window. Jill thought someone threw something, but I thought it was a bird. I went outside and found this thrush (possibly a gray-cheeked thrush) on the porch. I thought it knocked itself out, but it actually was dead. Its neck was broken.

I put it in a bag and later took it out with a trash in the evening.
