Waiting for others to arrive

Took the dogs up Calton hill first thing so they could have a good run then came back to get ready for the gaming weekend away. Managed to get the van loaded up for just after 9 and headed over to pick up JD and someone else from Stirling. Van all loaded we headed out for Penrith, traffic was bad getting out Scotland due to the tattie picking holiday starting and there was accident on the M6 so we had to divert through Penrith to get there which meant it was just before 3 when we arrived, long days driving. Some of the others were already there which meant the bottom bunks had gone. Good to see everyone and the games had started before the pizza’s were collected. MJ from work arrive as I started another game downstairs after pizza but seemed to fit in OK. Played Thunder Road and lost due to bad luck and then managed another game before catching up with MJ and having a few drinks, managed to get to bed for 2am.
