Flashing collars

Took the dogs to Calton hill this morning and they needed their flashing collars for the first time. Came into work to loads of issues and wondered why I went on holiday, left early to get back to go for the first club run at Arthurs seat for this season. The dogs were really pleased to be there again for a run but me not so much, leg was OK for the first 3K but then my right foot got numb and my lower leg was difficult to get working correctly so it turned into a long run.
