Wigtown Book Festival

Down at Wigtown today, where Martin is giving a poetry reading for National Poetry Day at its Book Festival.
This is one of the many bookshops in Wigtown, known as Scotland’s Book Town.
I knew of this one through the book ‘Diary of a Bookseller’ written by its owner, who was in the shop when I went in. ( We also subscribe to his ‘Random Book Club’ getting a random book through the post every month). The shop itself is full of lots of nooks and crannies which gives the store a great atmosphere.
