Abstract Thursday

The day dawned beautifully, little or no wind and the sun shinning. So washing machine on, and washing on the line in no time! All in doors now, dry and ready for ironing. 

The cyclamen are looking lovely now, so a quick icm for today's blip.

The day had been planned to have lunch out with friends, table booked, and I was driving. So l got the car out of the garage to do a tyre pressure check. That is when I found the nearside front tyre pressure was below 30, so that that was certainly concerning. So took it up to the correct pressure, came indoors made a coffee and caught up with some paper work, and half hour later went out to check this tyre, and could already see it had gone down :-(   So the short story, is there was a screw in the tyre. (I have heard the screw loose jokes:-)) ) A local tyre company, just down the road from me, mended the puncture, so I am back on the road. Lunch was postponed and next Thursday earmarked for the lunch date.
