Top of the Park

Another day of being late up. It will be better once it gets cold enough for the heating to go on in the mornings - at the moment the temperature outside the bed is so much lower than in that it makes it hard to motivate myself to get out. I should though, as I'm losing quite a bit of time over the course of the week.

Work tomorrow so I have no choice but to get up earlier!

I have been out for a walk to take some photos. I took my purse this week as I wanted to get a fly agaric ornament to add to my Halloween collection. They had sold out of the one that I wanted but I got an alternative one. Also I called into a charity shop and bought a couple oh tops with long sleeves.

Buying the mushroom ornament has spurred me on to put my Halloween display out! I may Blip it, or items from it tomorrow!

My photo was taken from the top level of the Arboretum. I liked that you could see right out into the countryside through the trees, the light and the pond.

I suspect our opposite neighbour, Doug may have died... He had been very ill for a while and the house has seemed empty for the past few months, There is something strange happening over there tonight. A whole lot of random people have been there - and a  man in a white shirt has let them in for a quick look round. I don't know if the speed has been their choice or his...  (A sweet ginger cat went to have a look but they didn't let him in... Spoilsports!) The place is not in the best of conditions unfortunately.
