Show Dog

Tango had a go as show dog today... not really... but kind of....

The Border Collie Club was asking for dogs to be "judged" when a trainee judge had her exam, which she had to pass before she can continue her education to be a show judge. Apparently it was not easy to find dogs, so eventually I volunteered with Tango.

We went to the training hall and worked for a couple of hours and then I drove to the Kennel Club Building. I took all 3 boys for a walk and then it was time for Tango's presentation.

He has never been in a show ring, but he behaved like a pro. He was such a good dog. 

He had lots of treats in training and then more treats at the Kennel Club Building. He was not very hungry when it was time for his dinner :-D
