Drawing People…

…doing things, is what we’ve been asked to at art group.
I’m not too good at perspective though so I must try harder at that.
I had a cleaning morning - bathroom, landing, hall and stairs and a quick whizz with the Dyson round the bedroom. I feel happier when the place is clean and tidy.
Forgot to say I went to Aqua Aerobics yesterday - I’m loving it!

I finished my LBB20 book at last; Over Sea Under Stone by Susan Cooper.
The prompt was adventure.
It’s a children’s book in the same vein as Enid Blyton but what I like about it more than EB’s books is that the kid characters are more realistic ie not as posh and the adult characters speak with a Cornish accent. It’s a good adventure story and well paced.

I’ve enjoyed reading genres that I may otherwise not have read.

Now to carry on reading a Kate Atkinson!
