Corgarff
We had intended to go to Braemar today but got sidetracked on the way there and instead explored forest trails at Cambus o’May and a bit of the Deeside Way, which was lovely. We were disappointed not to see any red squirrels but we did see an osprey and some fascinating geology. We then drove up to Tomintoul and passed Corgaff Castle, a 16th century tower house. The view reminded me of the moors back home but with fewer castles.
