Wound up in Wexford

Kniphofia

Just as many of the agapanthus in the bed alongside the driveway are dying back, two of the kniphofia plants have produced new flower spikes.

I had a meeting in Wexford in the morning, so whilst I was busy, W and our visitors had a pleasant wander around, seeing some of the sights.

We ended with a cuppa in White's Hotel, because we had parked in their car park!

Before going home, a trip to Aldi for U to stock up on Stollen and Lebkuchen to take home to South Africa.

After dinner, the others had a quiet evening at home, whilst I went back to Wexford for band practice.
