One of the things that I’ve learnt as a result of kitting picking on a Monday is that there are several bins in Winchester where you can drop off aluminium cans and then the proceeds from the metals sale goes to the local air ambulance. Today I’ve dropped off my cans and litter picked on the way so that I could drop off those too.

In the afternoon I’ve worked on a sourdough loaf and started the material for a walk that I am leading in London next week.

I’ve then been to FLexercise. The photo was taken as I walked there as someone had an airstream parked outside their house.

Nigel met me anfterwards and we’ve had fish and chips.
