Sunrise…

I opened the shutters this morning and in came this reflection on the wall opposite. I’m calling it pink and although I have taken other photos today, I’m sticking with this one.

The day was completely free and I’ve found it quite odd. So many options but none I could settle on. I had sent a message to Lois’s family about visiting but hadn’t heard back.

So I did sorting of dress jewellery in my ‘dressing table’ box …long story…and have
ended up with two bags, one to keep and sort further, one to be moved on. I came across some bits that brought back many memories. Maybe for sharing another day.

I received a phone call I’d been expecting. Good, this time I didn’t miss it. I noticed my message to Lois’s family hadn’t been read so phoned them and did go to visit. We had a good time sharing about Lois. Tomorrow they can register her death then begin planning her Thanksgiving Service. She’d paid for her funeral 30 years ago! (Not sure if I’ve said! Lois was our Elmwood Group headteacher.)

Oh, I received a message from Big and Little Sis from Tokyo airport where they landed at 2.30 am our time. A sixteen hour flight! They looked good!
