Day 2 - Hong Kong

We were hoping to be able to go hiking on the hills around the city, but the weather encouraged us to stick to places with more sidewalks and umbrellas for sale.

Hong Kong is an amazing mesh of Asian and western culture. It was familiar and yet still held some interesting cultural aspects. One of my favorite parts of the day was the ferry ride across Victoria Bay. The midday ride gave a great view of the skyscrapers and skyline. The night time ride provided and awesome sight as well. The skyscrapers are lit up and paired with music. The whole harbor glistens. I definitely recommend a visit if you are ever in the area.
