Made loads of jam this afternoon, 9 jars of blackcurrant and 10 raspberry. I always add either some Disaronno or Amaretto to the raspberry as it enhances the flavour. This morning I did a couple of hours weeding in the garden. So it's now time for a sit down and a cup of tea.
