In a somewhat spontaneous move, Graham came down last night. Took a trip to Wokingham this afternoon. Coffee and a wide selection of pastries. My mum's sunglasses flew off while she was doing an impression of a dog in an armchair.

Did a tour of the charity shops, but nearly all of them were closed. Home via Waitrose, just as they reduced the baked goods - ended up with 18 pain rustica rolls, 2 big loaves, 2 chocolate torsades and an almond croissant for about £1.50.



Now I'm lounging in the garden with G, while we wait for the ice cubes to set (for iced tea).
