Birthday ready

Back to Mum's today. I worked from home in the morning, then set out at lunchtime and got there early afternoon. (After phoning to check she didn't mind me coming with what seems to be a cold I picked up at Centerparcs - turned out Mum had also picked one up in hospital.). Carried on working for the rest of the afternoon, then went and did a big shop for Mum at Morrison's. Came back and cooked us both dinner (salmon and veg).

After Mum had gone to bed, and before I did, I set up all her cards and presents in the kitchen, ready for her birthday tomorrow - then headed up to bed early myself (and watched the first half of Bake Off on my laptop).
