Building (with clock)

Not quite sure what this is used for. It is next to the council offices in Alloa. Thought it was rather lovely in the late afternoon sun. And I do love a clock on a building.
Baby V getting much more alert now and it's lovely to see apart from 11.30pm when I want to sleep....
