Mini Ikebana, sort of

Market on a bright sunny morning. Len and I disagreed over what fish to buy but I overrode him and opted for trout. He would much have preferred Sea Bass, but we have that every week.

Then the greengrocer, the sweet stall (see extra), Marie the cheese lady and Twiggs the butchers.

Finally, we meandered into The Flower Lady's courtyard to enjoy a gorgeous latte each.

I bought three stems with which to attempt an ikebana style flower display. Cute perhaps. The tulip comes from a bunch that Abbie gave me because they were about to expire. They're very pretty.
