J is for Jane

Steve's dad, Pete has been on a cruise around the Norwegian fjords. However the ship left and returned from Rotterdam. Where, inter alia he bought this delicious chunk of chocolate for me. Truly delicious.  

Only 8000 steps today so far which is poor. Apart from a physio appointment (v helpful) re my shoulder, its been another paperwork and phone calls day. I have washed and dried (outside in the sun) 2 loads of washing but apart from walking back and forth to hang it up, it has been pretty much a sitting down day.
