An treasa latha deug

We are now in Dungloe, Donegal, our home for the next three nights and have just enjoyed a rather nice bar meal.

To get here we travelled through the Counties of Laois, Offaly, West Meath  Roscommon, Sligo, Leitrim, and Donegal. We had previously travelled through Wexford and Carlow to get to Laois on arrival.

We stopped at Rosses Point outside Sligo where I braved the Atlantic for a quick dip. It was actually warmer than Loch Faskally.

We also visited the grave of W. B. Yeats in Drumclif.

It was really interesting driving through different towns & villages and seeing how the landscape changed.

We are now finishing off our drinks from dinner in a rather busy hotel lobby. There is a wedding taking place and excited children are having fun.
