Daughter S who lives near the Alps in Germany is visiting for the first time since before the pandemic and has brought my favourite chocolates.  These are nut covered cholates containing traditional Obstbrand which is fruit brandy that originated in the Alpine region of  southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland.  She also brought some delicious Obstlikor which I will keep for Christmas.
