Thanks for playing the "It's hotter than...." game the other day.  If it was a contest,  "It's hotter than a jalapeno's armpits!" by Jensphotos would have been the winner.

I'm chugging along. It's been only 16 days since my hospital discharge. I need to remind myself that it's too early to expect to feel myself again.  This is going to take a while.

I am now obsessed with fantasy football. I'm 3-1 in one league and 1-3 in the other league. My team names are Laura's Loud Team (computer generated) and The Squad. There's an NFL game in London Sunday. Root for the Minnesota Vikings, the purple team,  because I want the New York Jets to lose.

We should have a way of telling people when they have bad breath.
Something like, "Well, I'm bored... let's go brush our teeth."
Or, "I've got to make a phone call, hold this gum in your mouth for me, will you."
