Hamburg Sprint Triathlon Relay World Championships

What a beautiful day it was in Hamburg today! This is the very start when the first women dived in! GB was in the lead by the third round, but unfortunately the third competitor crashed on her bike (I think - I still haven't been able to find out exactly what happened) and they didn't finish. I hope she isn't badly injured!

Germany won - my second choice so all was not lost! Now I'm back home making cauliflower cheese, with carrot, cashew and raisin salad. I am loving the heat! I'll take refuge in my memory of it when I'm freezing in the deep mid-winter! :-)
