Auckland Art Gallery

A good night’s sleep does wonders and we headed out to do some exploring. First stop was breakfast, which was delicious but way too much. I’ll go for something smaller tomorrow. Armed with a city map we walked along the quayside, caught a free ferry to the Wynyard distract then hopped on a tram   ( see extra) . We had a look round the fish market before walking to look at the Sky Tower. After that it was St Patrick’s cathedral where the priest blithely invited us to a wedding that was about to start. We declined :)
Our final stop was the Art Gallery where I took my blip. I also got a couple of souvenirs.
