I totally agree with Mr. Kunst, and I would have liked to have gone for a 22km run today but I'm feeling a bit run down with a cold and sore throat. So I popped over to Kobe to collect some marking - taking a walk down to Meriken Park where I took this photographs - so I shall have a quiet day (weekend?) at home.

Let's see how I feel tomorrow.
