VIEW FROM THE PROM

First of all thank you all so much for your lovely comments and kind wishes on Hubby's trip to the Minor Injuries Unit in Kendal yesterday.  All is well.  They didn't need to do stitches but could use sterostrips instead and then very well dressed.  He has to keep the dressing for a minimum of 7 days - preferably 10, but keeping an eye on it.  The Doctor (who was amazing) said he doesn't think there shouldn't be an infection as it was a clean cut but to keep an eye on it.  We waited about an hour and a half and then  had a half hour being treated, so I think that was really good.  Of course it may have been different if he was in a lot of pain, but then they would have dealt with that when he was triaged.  

This morning we went into Grange for our usual shopping and brunch. A nice bright sunny day - a bit cool due to the breeze but very pleasant.  

Now hope and catching up with what I was going to do yesterday.
