Abstract Thursday ...

... Graver Arboretum abstract.

We should have been on our way to Lake Lure today ... but instead we spent the day getting ready for the trip to Virginia Beach that we had to make as an alternative.  We will leave on Sunday ... and are still looking forward to getting away even if it's not what was originally planned.  Thanks, Hurricane Helene!

The weather was simply divine so we planned a picnic supper at Graver Arboretum ... followed by a lovely walk.  My abstract was shot there. Other than a slight crop this is straight out of camera.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting Abstract Thursday each week. 

We made a quick stop on the way home to pick up something for the cats.  And for a possible Silly Saturday prop!
