The verbena

is flowering yet again :)

And so are the sweet william which is very surprising!

I also saw some wild geraniums, but couldn't get them still enough to photograph in the breeze.

I wasn't feeling great this morning when I got up, so sofa surfed mostly. 

 This afternoon however, the weather was so warm and sunny, I dragged myself out into the garden.  I've tidied up some flower beds,removing the enormous hollyhock plant that has never flowered but taken over the flowerbed and best of all managed to cut the weed patch for probably the last time this year.

I hardly coughed at all when I was outside, but I really ache now, so I'm in for the evening.  At least I've made a start on the winter garden.  I wanted to put some bulbs in but that will havve to be another day!

Since I came in though I'm all shivery and coughing again :(  this horrid disease...

Strictly tonight or maybe not.  I'm not sure I want to watch it anymore....

And I'll try to have a vegetable biryani for dinner, though I'm still not really hungry....
