Active day in the sunshine

No dog training today so I thought since the weather was so good I would do parkrun (Parkrun is 20 yrs old today).
Walked the dogs first and loved the way the sunbeams were shining through the trees and causing bright spots on the trunks.
Did lanhydrock parkrun (last time I did it was back in April) quite pleased with the result only 20 seconds slower than my PB for this year.
10000 steps done before 10am
This afternoon dogs and I had a lovely long walk in Spittal woods. We seemed to have the woods to ourselves until the last bit on the way back to the van. Dina was checking out the badger set, Keely tried a spot of tree climbing and the river was very high from the recent rain.
All nicely tired
