Slowly fading colours on the leaves, early morning dappled sunlight shimmering off the brook. A perfect autumn day.

After a bad sleep I gave myself a talking to & did a forced march through the woods & around the lake*.

I covered 12km today, fresh air & sunshine never makes you feel worse & is always worth the effort.
