Peace!!!

We took our dear longtime pal K to her flight at night. It was a wonderful visit and we shared good and and sad times. We loved going up to see our friend with Alzheimers , but could see she needs much more assistance with her living situation. Unfortunately she must request more services or a family member must . For a fee she could get these services but she is unlikely to ask and her family has done little to help her. A new assessment for her is necessary so we will write the family and the facility.
We had a lovely lunch at Filberts farmhouse and then stopped at a fall farm stand . Goodbyes are always bittersweet, but plans may be made to visit Bellingham to check in our friend again soon
