Fennel, Lemon and Pinenut Pasta

Elaine and l had different mornings because l had a commitment to be a volunteer steward at  an Ilkley Literature Festival. Was front of house at the Playhouse where the poet Andrew McMilan and critic and editor Catherine Taylor discussed writing Northern Stories, especially concentrating on Barnsley and Sheffield. I could sit at the back and listen. Also went around with the microphone at question time. Had one medical incident but otherwise it went smoothly. Will be volunteering again next weekend.
Meet up with Elaine afterwards and we had a coffee and a walk around Ilkley.
Came home and l made supper using the above ingredients. Turned out well and have a portion left for Monday even though the recipe was for two,

Watched Strictly and so enjoyed it, Movie week is my favourite ( Halloween my least favourite) standard is so good.
Paul and Toyah in the dance off tomorrow and l hope Paul stays because l enjoyed his performance and it was in time.
