Wipeout

Didn’t feel very lively this morning but as I’ve got people coming for Sunday lunch tomorrow I tried to start work on cooking and cleaning. Just gradually slowed to a halt though… couldn’t work out what was wrong but felt very out of sorts.
After a snooze I still felt rubbish so reluctantly cancelled the dinner and cinema trip planned for this evening…just as well as I was then very dramatically sick. Not like me at all, but at least it meant I knew I had to cancel the lunch tomorrow.
Stayed on the sofa tonight…hoping I’ll feel a bit better tomorrow.
