Strike!

Both the FiL and I played pretty well tonight at ten pin bowling. I averaged over 180 for 6 games and the FiL was 170.

We finished 3 games a piece.

Earlier in the day, L was out in Edinburgh with school friends. They went to the Edinburgh Dungeons then some shopping and lunch at St James Quarter.

They got the train through and were on the same one as all the Motherwell fans coming in for the game. They were all singing and drinking. An eye opener for L!!

MrsT and I did 2 dog walks with H. The first was a short one before I did Parkrun (20th anniversary today) then we did over 11km round Almondell Country Park.

I need a pint now.
