Ely cathedral

I walked past the cathedral on the way to the car things shop to find the man who knows about car radio wires to talk to him about wires for Henry II.

I found him, and he listed all the things I’ll need and ordered them for me. They’ll arrive next week.

When I got back to the car park, a black 208 was parked next to my black 207, both facing the same way. I looked at the two cars to see which I liked the best, the newer one or (my) older one. I liked mine the best – more character to its shape.

I took my phone out and took a photo of the two sibling cars. I might have taken another couple or so from different angles, but a bloke was coming towards me, aiming between the two.

He said something like ‘Is everything all right?’ as he went to the 208 and unlocked it.

Clearly, he didn’t like some random person appearing to take pictures of his car.

‘Just taking a picture of my car,’ I said, hoping he wouldn’t query further, and then hastily unlocking my car so he’d know it really was my car.

I went to Fight Klub for the first time in two weeks. I’d really missed it, and it felt good to be back. I felt stronger and stronger throughout the session, and was really disappointed when the time was up!

Punching punch bags to drum ‘n’ bass music, which I don’t ordinarily like, is surprisingly empowering.
