Chipper

Tired. I woke up tired. The youngest slept in my bed amd was the first awake in the house. He is never the first awake, but on a morning when I needed a lie-in, he work up!

We hired a chipper to try and get through the foliage that has been cut down. We don't think we'll get through it all, so not entirely sure about plan b. 

Take away pizza for dinner (boys delighted) and a game of cluedo, I won! Eldest cried as he had also cracked it. He had consolation chocolate and surprisingly all was well with the world again.
