Chilled Saturday
I have had a (mostly) rest day in bed. Did some gentle stretches. Feeling grateful for a lower pain but higher fatigue day.
I managed to wash my hair today which felt good although it took a lot of spoons.
I went for a walk early evening to pick up milk and a few things I needed at the supermarket, lovely dry weather with a slight chill in the air, I wrapped up cosy. Love rain free days!
Good to get some paced exercise in for my fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility syndrome, I am a big believer in paced exercise used in combination with other strategies for chronic pain management. Pacing goes a long way.
Spent some time today catching up with texts and messages from friends and planning my month ahead with my planner (today’s Blip).
October is going to be a productive month. I have a lot ahead of changes ahead of me :)
I hope everyone enjoys the remainder of the weekend and I will endeavour to have a long overdue catch up with Blip tomorrow :)
