Entheusiasm

Richard is back to work tomorrow so last day of hols for him this summer.

Lazy morning (while the sun didn't shine) then loaded up the bikes and headed for Lochore Meadows.
The clouds lifted and the sun shone , with a bit of a breeze to keep us from melting.

Me and Richard and Craig cycled round the loch twice (nearly 8 miles).
Robin was a bit keener and wanted to get it over and done with so cycled a bit faster than us and ended up going round three and a half times.
