that's what time seems to have done today.

I had the first great bike ride with the lads in a long time. It felt amazing to be out on the roads pounding the peddles, even though it has been a time, I felt really fit.

The morning whizzed along and after doing stuff around the house and finishing off another caricature for someone, the Sun finally broke through the clouds....so it was off on the bike again to town for a snack!

Back home and sort more stuff out and now it's the evening.......what the hell happened?

so that's me...a blue assed fly (although the one in the blip is green, artistic license and all that!).
