Topple Test

Enjoyed a little trip out to Hartley Wintney yesterday, which was very pleasant, and stopped off at Eversley on the way home, Spotted this notice for a 'topple test' in the memorial garden/graveyard!

Seems pretty silly, although I suppose not if you think about it!
