where did the day go?

Great sleep and aches all gone this morning; quick trip to beauty place for routine maintenance. Then I made a spaghetti bolognese, and a sausage traybake for our trips up to the grandchildren this week. Checked email, had a short walk, suddenly it was 5pm! Where does the time go?
